A Cordovan musician, self-taught, born in the year 61, he feels music as an early devotion, which leads him to investigate different instruments.

Based mainly on the guitar, in all its facets, extends his wish to learn in the family of the mandolins, deriving in popular instruments of middle east, Europe, India and America.

​

The contact with different traditions, leads to the use of wind instruments, more specifically the family of flutes, Irish whistles and  some Hindu bansuri.

​

In the branch of the percussions is supported in the frame drums, and in Hindu Tabla.

​

Subsequently, to complete composing skills, he uses keyboards and learns drum programming.

​

Initially, in the 70s he founded a folk music group based in music from Ireland, Scotland, Galicia and Brittany. During the eighties, he forms a folk duo, moving away from the tradition and beginning to compose.

​

His second musical choice, progressive rock merges with folk at the end of the eighties, with the formation of "La Banda del Lago", Cordovan group with which it reaches the recording of his first work, "Cuestión de Tiempo", Edited in the Year 92 through two small independent record companies, Sirius Records of Jerez and Nova Musica of Barcelona.

Later, he begun his solo career in the year 2000 with the edition of its first self-produced work, published in the Web.

​

In 2016, he produced as a music director, composer and arranger, the album "Bestiario" of the group "Circle Project", a collaboration of 15 artists through the network.

​

Throughout his career he has collaborations in different areas, ranging from the composition, production, performance and arrangements of numerous national groups and artists, to name a few, Javier Paxariño, Luis Medina, Los Visionarios, Quorum, Quercunian Camerata, Alain Piñero, Jose Maria de la Rosa, etc.
